Technical assistance
Thanks to the exclusive collaboration agreements, we have more than 15 specialized technicians including mechanics, electronics and programmers, with consolidated experience in both the “chip” and “sheet” sectors, available throughout the national territory. Our structure does not provide for intermediate steps: the Customer has the first person in charge of the assistance, who provides the first telephone advice and, if necessary, organizes the intervention on-site, always sending him specialized technicians, selected according to the specific need.
Specific internal skills allow us to identify the customer’s needs and to provide concrete indications and studies on customized, even very complex, work cycles. The ductility of the production structure, the close agreements with suppliers of cad-cam software, tools and piece pick-up equipment, allow us to ensure the best possible response to the technical needs of the individual customer and to provide them with completely customized machinery and equipped with all necessary equipment, respecting the search for the best possible relationship between quality and price of the product offered.
When purchasing a new machine, we can provide specific advice on financing or access to tax breaks provided for by the rules in force (Law 1329/65 Sabatini; rules on “Industry 4.0”; agreements with Leasing Companies etc.). We can also exchange the customer’s used machinery. The used vehicle that we collect is reconditioned by us at our headquarters in Mezzago (MB) with original spare parts and, if necessary, retrofitted by our specialized staff.
